Bowl Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup roasted sweet potato
- 2 handfuls kale
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 large roasted parsnips
- 1 large roasted carrot
- 1 can rinse and drained chickpeas
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- salt and pepper

Exotic CBD Infused Sauce
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp organic honey
- 1 teaspoon of your favourite #CBDoil
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 to 2 tbsp of water to thin
- salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Place all ingredients for the Exotic #CBD infused sauce in blender. Blend on high until mixed and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- On a baking tray, mix chickpeas, avocado oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring chickpeas occasionally. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Build your bowl by layering the cooked quinoa, roasted sweet potato, roasted veggies, spinach and kale into a single serving bowl.
- Top with ½ cup of the roasted chickpeas.
- Drizzle with the Exotic #CBDinfused sauce.
- Chill out, elevate and enjoy.
